We want each and every client to be totally happy. We're available to fix any issues with your order if there are any.
Return Qualifications
Items may be returned within 90 days after the date of delivery. To be eligible:
- Both defective and non-defective products may be returned to us.
- We accept returns for both new and slightly used items.
How to Make a Return Request

2. Await the directions: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with return guidelines. Please wait for permission before returning anything.
3. Give the item back: You can transport the item using any insured and trackable means after it has been approved. You must have a working tracking number.
Return Method: Mail, in-store, or at a drop-off site.
Procedure for Refunds
Your refund will be completed within 7 business days of your return being received and examined (within 72 hours).
A complete refund will be given to you, covering the initial shipping and handling costs. Restocking costs are never charged by us.
Inaccurate or Broken Items
Please email us a picture if the item you received is flawed, broken, or inaccurate. There's no need to send anything back; you can choose to receive a replacement or a complete refund.
